We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Lectric eBikes are designed to be nearly ready to ride out of the box. Our folding models arrive fully assembled, while other models require minimal setup of the handlebars and front wheel.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every new Lectric eBike comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering all significant components and defects in workmanship.

Is the battery removable and how long does it last?
