At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your eBike within 14 days of delivery provided it has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your eBike and all original components into the original factory packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping center or schedule a carrier pickup for your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for mileage and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
